All of these ovens are designed to raise the internal temperature from ambient to the desired temperature quickly and efficiently.
You should select an oven that closely matches your heating requirements. An oven with more power than you need may not do the job as effectively or as economically as a lower-wattage oven.
Built in Timers/Microprocessor Controllers allow automatic cycling.
Overtemperature Protection ensures that an oven will not continue heating if the set point is exceeded.
Safety features protect samples against over maintain even temperature in the event of microprocessor failure.
The interior walls are made of stainless sleel. The blower and sidewall plenums are also stainless steel. Four perforated stainless shelves adjustable are included with every unif. Shelves and Racks should be conveniently arranged for your application. Removable shelves allow easier cleaning of the oven's interior.

Features:
spray drier has high drying speed, usually,it just needs 5-15 seconds. It has feature of momentary dry.
Because raw material can be dried in very time,therefore, it is particularly suiable for drying heat sensitive raw materials. It can keep color, flavor in good quality. the purity quotient of finished products is high and quality is really good. The operation is simple and production procee is simplified. Its regulation and control is very convenient. It is easy to realize continuous production.
The distribution, fluidity and solubility of product are good.

Principle of work:
Air is turned into hot air through air filter and heater and enters into hot air distributor at the top o f drier and then enters into drier uniformly with the state of helix. At the same time liquid of raw material is sent to centrifugal atomizer at the top of dry chamber by pump through filter, liquid of raw material jet out and tunr into small drops. Hot air and liquid of raw material contact fully. The moisture vaporize rapidly and raw material is dried into finished product of powder state in a short time. The finished product is discharged through cyclone seperator from the bottom of drier. The exhausted air is discharged through fan.

Air current drier:
Drier is professionally designed for drying wood sawdust
For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%
Need to install a drier before further processing

HGJ-I and HGJ-II type drier (with one stove):

Regarding HGJ-III (with two stoves):
Suitable to process materials which moisture content is between 35 to 50%
Can reduce the humidity to 8 to 12% one drying time
Can reduce approximately 30% for one drying time
Humidity of materials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less of fuel
Can be adjusted to any angle of 360° according to operation request
Clients can change the angle of drier s base on the production field

Operation Principle of drying machine
